Do you have something to say about your experiences with Swale Borough Council?
The council wants honest feedback about how people get in touch, to help understand what's working well and where there need to be improvements.
A survey has been launched to ask people how they access council services, what they're trying to do, and how they found the experience.
The responses will help the council plan how to make services easy to use for as many people as possible.
Everyone who shares their views can enter a prize draw for a chance to win a whole year's membership for the leisure centres at Swallows in Sittingbourne or Sheppey – just tick the box and pop in your contact details at the end of the survey.
Cllr Tim Gibson, leader of the council, said:
"We have hundreds of thousands of contacts every year - online, over the phone, by email, and in person - with people wanting to report issues, apply for something, get information, pay for a service, or ask for help.
"Our officers do a tremendous job dealing with this wide range of requests, but we know that not everyone has a good experience.
"If we want to make sure people get the best customer service possible, we have to listen to honest feedback from people who have contacted us.
"This will help us make sure the limited resources we have are focused on areas we can make real improvements that benefit the people who need us most, so I encourage as many people as possible to complete the survey."
The survey is open until 16 June 2025 and can be completed at www.swale.gov.uk/cas-survey.
If you would prefer a paper copy or need assistance filling in the survey, then speak to a member of staff at Swale Community and Voluntary Services at Central House, Central Avenue, ME10 4NU.
