People had the chance to win up to £25,000, while giving local good causes a boost, as the new Swale Community Lottery launched last month.
The first draw for the new community lottery took place on Saturday, 29 March, and there are already 26 local good causes signed up to benefit from it.
The charities, voluntary organisations and other not-for-profit groups, of all shapes and sizes, receive 50% of the ticket proceeds they sell.
A further 10% from every ticket goes into a central pot that will be shared among other good causes through grants, with the remainder being put towards prizes and operating costs.
The lottery has already raised almost £5,000 for good causes within Swale.
The draws take place every week starting from 29 March and as well as the £25,000 jackpot, people could win prizes of £2,000, £250 or £25.
Tickets for the lottery are available on the Swale Community Lottery website and cost just £1.
