If you’re a tenant in the borough, we’ve got information and advice about what you can do to try to tackle damp and mound in your homes, as well as information about your rights.
If you’ve followed this advice, but haven’t been able to resolve the issue with your landlord, you can report your concerns about damp, mould, or condensation in your home to us.
Family members, friends, or professionals can also report on behalf of a tenant.
Before reporting it to us, please:
- make sure you’ve already reported the issue to your landlord, and allowed at least 14 days for them to respond
- include photos if possible, to help our team assess your request efficiently
